Prof. Xiang, associate professor, School of materials science and engineering, Hunan University, and "Yuelu scholar" of Hunan University. He graduated from the school of information science and technology of Peking University with a doctorate in science. His research field is micro nano electronic devices and their system integration, including low-power nano devices, wafer level semiconductor device process development, circuit design and sensor system integration, and has published many papers in international top academic journals.
